Spilled some blacktop sealer on concrete. Any way to remove or lighten it?

dampen a rag with turpentine or mineral spirits to get the majority of it up. that portion which has worked its way into the pores or grain of the surface you'll have to use a scrub brush and apply the solvent a little more liberally. then using a clean rag blot up the remaining sealer.
