Hard Candy Glitter Glue as a makeup sealer?

I love my hard candy glitter glue, its like a dupe for she laq by benefit but for like a fourth of the price! I've already used it on a dry/wet shadow to create a liner and it worked great :] I know that she laq can be put into a spray bottle and sprayed on your face as a sealer for all your makeup, i was wondering if hard candy can to? And if it can how could I do that?
