What happens if I accidentally put injector cleaner in my transmission?

I bought injector cleaner for my truck and transmission sealer for my transmission. I didn't have my glasses on when I went to put the transmission sealer in and accidentally put the injector cleaner in the tranny. I probably should do a transmission flush but am wondering if it'll even have any ill effects? Anybody out there do anything this stupid before?
