Credit Report. Navy Security Clearance.?

I will be training for a job in the Navy requiring Top Secret Security Clearance. I had around 5 or 6 accounts go to collections in the past 3 years. With the exception of 1 account, all accounts were under $600. Only 3 of these accounts show up on my credit report. The 3 accounts that show on my credit report I recently paid in full (including the largest account of $1,019). When they do my background check are they going to find these other accounts that I have in collections? They were small pay-day loans ($400-600 each). I would pay them off but I can't even find them. They aren't listed on my credit report and I've moved a few times since they occurred. I don't remember the names of the company I took the payday loans from either.
