What does it mean if you dream about Hitler in your toilet haunting your plumbing?

I read a question from someone else who said her little sister had this dream and now she's scared to go outside or take showers and she put bricks and chains on the toilet. I had the same dream a few months ago but I didn't really get freaked out by it (probably since I don't believe in ghosts and spirits) but I was wondering if this dream means anything psychologically?
