Using Kilz primer before painting while pregnant?

My husband and I need to get the baby's nursery done before our baby shower so we have a place to put everything. The room will be very well ventilated and I will be wearing a mask. It's Kilz 2 Latex primer/sealer/stainblocker and is water based so it should be fine to use right? The paint we will use will also be latex water based but will not be kilz brand.
