Whats the best liquid i can use for my truck?

my oil has water in it im thinking my gaskets got worn out i was just wondering what kind of gasket sealer would be the best for it, i have a 96 chevy blazer with 160k miles on it, i see alot at auto zone but i dont know which one to get i also see some with 100% guarantee and i wonder if it will work.
